Thank you for shopping with Catsy. We are committed to providing a reliable and efficient delivery experience for our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within Qatar. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard delivery, which typically takes 3 to 18 hours after the order has been processed. In some cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours, but this is not displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 hours after payment confirmation. Once processed, they are dispatched for delivery within the stated shipping timeframe.

4. Shipping Fees

We charge a flat shipping rate of 25 QAR per order, regardless of the size or weight of the items.

5. Delivery Providers

We use both in-house delivery and third-party courier services to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

6. Tracking & Notifications

Customers will receive order tracking details via email or SMS once the order has been dispatched.

7. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, we will contact the customer to arrange a redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts. If we are unable to complete the delivery, the order may be canceled without a refund for the shipping fee.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take full responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged package or do not receive your order, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery time for assistance.

9. Shipping-Related Returns & Refunds

Orders are not eligible for return or refund due to shipping issues unless the item is lost or arrives damaged. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or refund based on the situation.
